Soul Syncable

Growth is not always clean. It stretches us beyond old shapes, old patterns, old versions of who we thought we had to be. There is pain in that expansion, but pain is not always proof that something is wrong. Sometimes it is the ache of a self becoming larger. The soul syncable feels like the part of us that remains true across every expression. The essence beneath all the ways we change, perform, adapt, create, and reach outward. We may bloom in different directions, shine in different forms, become visible in ways we did not expect, but the deeper work is staying connected to what is real within us. Validation can help us see where our gifts meet the world. It can become fuel, confirmation, and encouragement. But it becomes dangerous when we begin to hunt for it at the cost of ourselves. The work is not to stop wanting to be seen, but to make sure the self being seen is still connected to the soul beneath it.
